Strawberry Peach Pineapple Mango Raspberry Smoothie

The rainbow-colored smoothie is the perfect refreshment for that hot summer day!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberry, peach, pineapple, mango blend

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • ½-1 cup apple juice

  • 1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.

  2. Add apple juice as needed for desired consistency.

  3. Blend until smooth.

Hemp seeds are among the top superfoods! A complete protein, hemp seeds contain all 9 essential amino acids. They also contain the ideal ratio of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
