Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie
This is a delightful mix of fruits and full of anti-inflammatories, antioxidants, anthocyanidins, vitamins and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
½-1 cup apple juice
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.
Add apple juice as needed for desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds just before serving.
